About this role

Provide HR support services for the business in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
Consults with managers and supervisors regarding employee performance issues and assists with the disciplinary process.
Ensure consistency with regard to application of rules and regulations.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with partners, suppliers, service vendors, employees and internal and external customers.
Manage HR paperwork and systems including new hires, transfers, attendance tracking, pay, badging, termination, filing, postings and announcements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current HR programs and recommend changes.

Bachelor's Degree preferably in human resource management, legal or related field required
5+ years of HR employee relations specialized experience required
Familiarity with workplace laws, regulations, employment trends, strong understanding of labor law, collective agreements, unions and works councils.
Strong communication both written and oral.
Experience with HR business systems (i.e. Ultimate, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office applications.
Prior pharmaceutical and manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
