You have vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung) or comparable qualifications and are highly familiar with IT infrastructures, systems, and applications.
IT Service Management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are familiar to you.
You have experience in cloud-based environments.
You identify problems and optimization opportunities before others do and act independently.
You approach problems in a structured and sustainable manner.
You manage your time effectively and set clear priorities.
You have a very good command of both German and English and explain technical topics clearly—whether to IT professionals or non-technical stakeholders.
You are curious about new technologies and eager to actively integrate and further develop AI tools in your daily work.
