Own and lead project deliverables to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects by overseeing development of key project deliverables and routine tasks
Maintain significant client contact
Lead development of client presentations
Independently conduct research activities to help drive innovation and improve client satisfaction
Start to lead design, fieldwork, analysis, interpretation and writing of research projects
Coach others in the design of research materials and presentations
Build close personal client relationships to help generate business and drive growth
Identify business opportunities to build close/personal client relationships with 4-6 clients
Start to conduct new business development activities by initiating meetings and writing marketing reports
Lead direct reports
Ensure effective teamwork and coach colleagues by providing support and development to colleagues
Conduct appraisals, provide feedback and on the job coaching to ensure ongoing development
Act as a valued internal resource to Lumanity by starting to become a role model
Provide support, actively implement, and seek to develop company practices
Requirements
Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable
6-8 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation
5 years’ experience in research-based project support role
2-3 years digital and social media research, within the healthcare sector experience
All round technical ability and broad knowledge of research methods and approaches
Proven results in project management, people management and coaching skills
Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
