Lead or co-lead the identification, evaluation, development and active implementation of projects to advance products, offerings and business models (e.g., operational optimization, business development, M&A-related topics, new initiatives and investments)
Lead or co-pilot special and development projects with clear accountability for results
Contribute to company-building topics across central building blocks such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, and IT/tools
Independently identify relevant areas for action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses and proactively initiate and drive topics forward
Provide substantive support to executive management in preparing important internal and external meetings and events
Collaborate with external partners on a project basis

Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
Very good analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
Strong interest in entrepreneurial questions, business models and operational implementation
Structured, independent working style and clear communication
Confident presence when interacting with executive management, leaders and external partners
Very good German language skills, written and spoken
