Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable IT talent
- Present our services and solutions to clients and negotiate contracts
- Maintain a strong understanding of the IT staffing market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management on progress and performance
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to build your network and expand your knowledge of the industry
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
