About this role
Role Overview
Maintain accurate demand forecasts, including safety stock levels, based on usage trends, supplier performance, and site feedback.
Raise and manage Planned, Ad-Hoc, Daily Express, and Standard Purchase Orders for multiple product categories, including manual input and system-based ordering (e.g., Mezze, M3, ARNL).
Set up and update new parts in the system, ensuring complete and correct data, including WH/Ad hoc spare parts and boiler refurbishment components.
Coordinate supplier confirmations, deliveries, and manage order commitments; handle closing lines and update stock order forms weekly.
Conduct stock safety checks for “on hold” parts, resolve delays by liaising with suppliers, and flag shortages that could impact operations.
Perform Spares & Run Rates analysis, identifying part errors (e.g., wrong statuses, missing prices) and resolving NCRs via root cause investigation.
Coordinate import management and ensure adherence to lead times and customs requirements.
Monitor and improve forecast accuracy using tools and data from CMA quantity adjustments, cycle counts, and Costa reports.
Maintain supplier portal orders (e.g., SCHAERER) and support new supplier onboarding with accurate record setup and validation.
Provide cycle count support and lead stock audits in collaboration with warehouse teams and depot visits.
Participate in auto-replenish meetings to adjust forecasts and meet JA ordering targets.
Act as a point of contact for internal team leaders, customer inbox management (SCS), and external order queries (e.g., Costa, CA, JA, TJAs).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance for seamless operational flow and reporting.
Requirements
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, especially in stock level and forecast management.
Proficiency in ERP and forecasting tools (e.g., M3, Oracle, SAP, Excel).
Strong supplier management skills, with experience in PO creation, tracking, and resolution handling.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities with high attention to detail.
Proactive and resilient approach, comfortable with fast-paced environments.
Ability to identify and resolve NCRs and errors related to pricing, part status, or system misalignment.
