Map, analyze, redesign, and standardize organizational processes (AS IS / TO BE) with an end-to-end perspective, using established BPM (Business Process Management) practices.
Build and maintain the institutional value chain, identifying primary, support, and governance processes and their interdependencies.
Model processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and SIPOC, ensuring standardization, clarity, and traceability of information.
Model, document, and version processes using specialized tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or equivalents.
Identify and analyze gaps, bottlenecks, waste, operational risks, and critical dependencies across processes.
Define, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs), such as SLA, lead time, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Lead workshops, interviews, and validation sessions with business areas to ensure shared understanding and informed decision-making.
Work integrated with the PMO, supporting medium
and high-complexity projects with a focus on governance, dependency management, and cross-area alignment.
Support digital transformation, process automation, and innovation initiatives, ensuring operational adherence and sustainability of changes.
Participate in the governance of new process adoption, monitoring implementation, stabilization, and compliance.
Produce technical and executive documentation of processes, flows, journeys, and requirements tailored to different audiences.
Serve as a technical reference in process management, disseminating best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Practical mastery of BPM, BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts, and process management.
Proven experience with process modeling tools, especially Bizagi or equivalents.
Ability to define and analyze performance indicators and conduct gap analyses.
Experience in complex corporate environments with cross-functional processes and interaction with multiple stakeholders.
