Requirements
Professional degree in architecture
Ideally, a registered architect or holding professional degree and actively pursuing licensure

8 years of experience in the development of large commercial and hospitality projects
ability to develop and present design concepts, as well as construction details
familiarity and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Sketchup, Lumion and Autodesk CAD / Revit BIM platforms with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
strong written and verbal communication skills
a high level of organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus and a strong work ethic
ability to work efficiently and be flexible to change.
thorough understanding of codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions and how they apply to the design.
be self-managed, demonstrate initiative and work independently as required.
