To strengthen our fundraising team we are looking for a Digital Fundraising/Marketing Officer to expand our digital, cross-channel fundraising activities.
Design and implementation of digital fundraising initiatives and campaigns to recruit one-off and regular donors.
Further development of the email program, including newsletters, campaigns and automated processes.
Development and execution of advertising campaigns for lead generation and direct fundraising across Meta, Google and other advertising channels.
Regular reporting and analysis of the fundraising program’s performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Ongoing management of external agencies, freelancers and other service providers.
Continuous performance and budget monitoring.
Additional tasks may be added over time.
Requirements
A passion for human rights and migration policy, and a desire to use your professional skills to help save lives.
University degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in online, performance, digital fundraising or other B2C marketing.
Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels to run multichannel campaigns with a focus on revenue generation.
Significant experience in at least one specific digital channel, e.g., website, social ads, CRM/email, display, SEA, etc.
Solid knowledge of relevant tools, e.g., Webflow, Brevo, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Matomo, etc.
Strong numerical affinity and experience in reporting, analysis and developing strategic recommendations.
Very good knowledge of standard office programs (especially MS 365) and fundraising databases/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
