The Managing Director, Performance will be the head of our largest business unit with $27m+ under management.
You will own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development.
This is an executive position which will directly report into the CEO.

Requirements
5-10+ yrs of experience managing agency operations with VP level direct reports
True depth of B2B marketing expertise
Hardest working, smartest, most honest person in every organization you have served
Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports
