Content creation & storytelling: You will produce SEO-optimized blog posts and whitepapers that explain complex ESG topics in an accessible way.
Social media & thought leadership: You will manage our company LinkedIn account and support our founders in building their voice as thought leaders in sustainability.
GEO & SEO: You will help optimize our content for search engines and large language models (LLMs).
Interdisciplinary interface: You will act as a bridge to the sustainability team, turning subject-matter insights into compelling content for our customer success stories.
Marketing (AI) operations: You will assist the team in setting up and maintaining marketing automations (e.g., HubSpot) to nurture leads efficiently and optimize AI-driven content creation.
Event & PR support: From trade show preparation to press releases—you will provide operational support for planning and running digital and on-site events and PR campaigns.

Experience: You have completed at least one relevant internship or a working-student role in content, marketing, or PR.
ESG affinity: You have a background in or a strong interest in sustainability (ESG/Climate Tech)—this is a major advantage for acting as the interface to our sustainability team.
Digital native: You are comfortable using tools such as Notion, Canva, and HubSpot.
Sense of language: You have an excellent feel for language and tone. Your texts are error-free, creative, and effective.
Mindset: You work in a structured way, have a hands-on mentality, and are not afraid to contribute your own ideas.
Languages: You are a native German speaker and have very good written and spoken English skills.
