About this role
Role Overview
- Provide data analysis to the Regional HR Director, the regional HR team and the wider regional leadership team
- Integrate finance, sales and HR data to create integrated insights
- Design and implement the HR data analytics roadmap
- Take responsibility for a quarterly ‘HR Health Metrics’ data pack for EMEA leadership team
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests & help develop a data self-service approach for the EMEA HR teams
Requirements
- Intermediate/Expert in Excel functions
- Experience in PowerBI or similar platform is beneficial
- Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS
- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Knowledge of GDPR & data management
