Retail Media In-Store Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the operation responsible for deploying and maintaining networks of Smart Displays distributed across thousands of establishments in Brazil;
• Coordinate the rollout of new display networks, ensuring technical quality of installations and adherence to schedules;
• Ensure continuous operation of the displays, including technical support, infrastructure monitoring, and incident management;
• Coordinate an operation involving internal teams, field partners, and technology vendors;
• Design and evolve operational processes, including deployment playbooks, installation standards, and technical procedures;
• Define and track SLAs and operational metrics, such as display uptime, average deployment time, and remote incident resolution rate;
• Manage service providers and field partners, including setting quality standards, performance management, certification, and partner network expansion;
• Coordinate deployment and field technical support activities across different regions of the country;
• Work closely with Commercial, Customer Success, Product, and Monetization teams to ensure deployment and evolution of operated networks;
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary internal team, including deployment engineers, technical support, network monitoring, and media operations professionals;
• Identify improvement opportunities and evolve the area's operating model to support operational expansion.

Requirements

• Experience managing operations with field services involving technology;
• Experience leading operational teams;
• Ability to design and evolve processes and operational models;
• Analytical profile and metrics-driven;
• Experience managing partners and vendors;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
