Role Overview
- Provide technical support and maintenance for operating systems
- Configure and maintain networks and printers
- Manage and support software and mobile devices
- Monitor servers and web services remotely
- Perform backup and restoration procedures
Requirements
- Support and configuration of operating systems: Windows, macOS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Configuration and maintenance of networks, routers, local and networked printers.
- Installation and management of software, antivirus solutions and licenses.
- Support for mobile devices and corporate applications.
- Use of remote access tools.
- Experience with IT procurement, supplies and approvals (a plus).
- Participation in IT infrastructure project deployments (a plus).
- Certifications in the field, especially Microsoft (MCSA, MS-900, etc.) (a plus).
