Coordination of appointments, meetings and daily schedules
Planning and organizing travel, including preparation and follow-up

Requirements
University degree or initial experience in assistant or project roles
Structured, meticulous working style and strong quality awareness
Professional, friendly and clear communication skills
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
