Role Overview
- Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints
- Manage store associates and administer training programs
- Lead and execute Selling 101 strategy for KPIs and sales targets
- Ensure every customer is offered participation in Lids’ programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year relative experience
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
