About this role
Role Overview
Set strategic direction and goals aligned to Kenvue enterprise and departmental priorities
Lead, coach, and develop managers and senior individual contributors
Own delivery of key initiatives, programs, or business outcomes end‑to‑end
Translate business strategy into operational plans, roadmaps, and KPIs
Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Strategy partners, Customers (Retailers), Brand Teams, Finance Teams and other stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through data, insights, and best practices
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned scope
Identify risks and opportunities; proactively recommend and implement solutions
Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Foster an inclusive, accountable, and high‑performance culture
Requirements
Minimum 8-12+ years of proven experience in Shopper Marketing, managing digital marketing and Shopper Marketing programs at large Retailers
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing Shopper Marketing, Retail Media digital marketing campaigns
Proven track record of successfully managing teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
