Manage and advance business relationships with airport authorities and stakeholders across an assigned region.
Focus on airport lease agreements, renewals, extensions, amendments, and development initiatives.
Serve as Signature Aviation’s primary business liaison at various Tier airport locations.
Combine strategic relationship management with hands-on execution to maintain and expand the airport footprint.
Support negotiation strategy and coordinate cross-functional execution for long-term value creation at airport locations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Aviation Management, Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field)**OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in airport relations, aviation operations, commercial real estate/leases, government/public sector affairs, or related aviation business environment.
Demonstrated experience leading negotiations, managing long-term stakeholder relationships, and supporting contract execution in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); ability to create and deliver clear, executive-ready materials.
Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial drivers and evaluate trade-offs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior airport stakeholders and internal executive audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable agreements while protecting long-term relationships and Signature’s strategic interests.
Working understanding of airport lease structures, airport governance, compliance considerations, and aviation industry trends.
Ability to influence and align cross-functional partners to achieve outcomes without direct authority.
