Administer and manage assigned deals, including actively managed portfolios with daily, time sensitive activity.
Ensure portfolio and trade activity is processed accurately, timely and in accordance with client instructions and contractual agreements.
Ensure cash and asset positions are updated daily within internal systems and tied out with clients.
Act as primary point of contact for client communication and apply product knowledge to independently investigate and respond to routine client inquiries and requests.
May assess unique requests and negotiate an agreeable completion timeframe for all stakeholders.
Liaise with deal stakeholders and internal or external parties to promptly resolve all trade, funding, asset transaction or reporting issues.
Be competent in core systems and assist with training junior team members and answering questions.
Assist with contract review and negotiation identifying potential risks with operational requirements and proposing mitigating strategies to safeguard the company’s and our clients assets.

7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Corporate Trust, Financial Services, Account Management, Structured Finance.
A four-year degree or military experience may offset one year of required experience.

Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs and recommending solutions

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner with excellent attention to detail
