Provide comprehensive customer service, including: hotline support, managing equipment intake, resolving outstanding technical report issues, handling costs and pricing, logistics follow-up, providing feedback, needs analysis, proactive follow-up, and handling more complex technical negotiations (coordinating with the responsible technician and the client when necessary), and collections when required.
Open and close new cases in the system when necessary and verify orders.
Prepare and edit service proposals in accordance with company policy, including Technical Reports and the options indicated in pricing.
Anticipate solutions for customers regarding potential issues (whether or not negotiation is required).
Assess each client’s potential, commitment and loyalty; propose visits to Industrial Service when appropriate.
Manage a client portfolio with strategy, analyzing potential, promoting loyalty, increasing sales, as well as prospecting new clients and monitoring competitors and the market.
Monitor purchase requests when necessary during order closing and maintain contact with suppliers to obtain quotes.
Know product characteristics thoroughly and communicate them confidently to customers, maintaining relationships to facilitate negotiations.
Conduct site visits together with management when necessary.
Stay informed about all company business units and key contacts in each department, and pursue continuous technical and commercial development.
Requirements
Technical course in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Administration is a plus.
Commercial or technical experience with electrical materials, automation, drives and motors.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
