Participate in the training process (organizing training sessions, entering training data).
Support HR administrative and payroll processes (collecting and recording variable payroll events and absences, preparing administrative or contractual documents for employees and the payroll department).
Assist with management reporting tasks (KPIs and dashboards, analyses, certificates, and related administrative work).
Requirements
Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or equivalent.
Meticulous, autonomous, discreet, and adaptable.
Team-oriented, adaptable, with strong written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Previous HR apprenticeship or internship experience is a plus.
