Manage full onboarding process from offer-signed to first day New Hire Orientation. Keep materials and resources up to date throughout the year as changes occur.
Oversee initiation and processing of all immigration related cases and changes for the foreign national population.
Manage all new hire paperwork and verifications including E-Verify and i9
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR billing and payments in partnership with Finance. Enter and maintain POs in alignment with the approved budget.
Complete all offboarding tasks as needed in partnership with HRBPs and HR Leadership.
Maintain personnel data and files within HRIS (Rippling) ensuring appropriate documents are filed and tracked. This includes pay, title, leadership changes and more.
Order and distribute SWAG items and employee gifts as needed for new hires and one-off events in partnership with TA and the business.
Answer commonly asked questions about various HR related topics including change processes, Rippling, benefits, workers comp, personnel changes, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
Maintain internal HR Intranet Notion page, ensuring all information and materials are up to date and permissions are accurate.
Assist with annual cyclical HR initiatives including performance reviews, talent calibrations, and compensation planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Design/Development, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of general HR experience
Previous experience leading or facilitating content in virtual group settings
Action oriented mindset; willing to roll up your sleeves attitude
Strong technical skills and high attention to detail required
Ability to effectively interact with wide range of diverse personality types
In-depth knowledge of federal and California employment law and HR best practices.
Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
