Role Overview
- Act as a central point of contact for the Heads
- Manage correspondence, prioritize requests, and ensure smooth communication
- Provide direct executive assistance to the Heads
- Prepare agendas and presentations
- Organize and conduct customer visits to the Bayreuth Campus
- Support upcoming product launches and company events
- Jointly responsible for creating guidelines and keeping them up to date
- Conduct research and act as an interface to various suppliers
Requirements
- Currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on marketing
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
- Driver's license
- Hands-on mentality
- High motivation and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of lifestyle and design
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong service mentality and excellent organizational skills
