The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire client relationship cycle, from managing account groups to tracking goals and results.
People management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Conducting commercial negotiations, closing contracts and managing projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and targets established by the company.
Direct interface with clients and internal departments, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity of requirements.
Collecting briefs, leading planning, monitoring and final delivery of projects.
Representing the company at events, field visits and strategic meetings.
Advising the creative team to develop solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Monitoring day-to-day internal processes, cost reviews, order systems and commercial strategies.
Approving commercial proposals and supporting decision-making.
Managing budgets, invoicing and tracking objectives.
Responsible handling of confidential client portfolio data.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising and Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. A postgraduate degree is considered an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office and a solid command of administrative and commercial routines.
