Lead installation and commissioning of equipment and projects at plant level.
Design, build, and scale advanced AI solutions.
Contribute to the creation of the industry iDEA playbook aligned with corporate strategy.
Partner with business leaders to translate needs into clear project scopes, objectives, and success metrics.
Ensure solutions meet corporate standards for data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Stay ahead of the curve in machine learning and AI advancements.
Proactively identify business challenges and propose high-impact AI innovation projects.
Analytical and decisive to define, evaluate and solve problems in an organized process.
Support on-site trials and feasibility studies across different locations.
Ensure full compliance with Lear EHS standards and local regulations.

Master’s in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience implementing advanced manufacturing solutions in operational environments.
Programming: Python, SQL (.NET is an extra).
Deep learning framework.
Strong technical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written.
