AI Automation Engineer

ConnectHealth is a rapidly growing physician staffing and locum tenens company focused on delivering high-quality providers to healthcare systems across the United States. They are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered automation across ConnectHealth workflows
• Build integrations between internal systems and SaaS platforms via APIs
• Develop AI agents and automated processes to support business operations
• Automate operational workflows across areas such as recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing, and reporting
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tooling
• Work closely with leadership to identify high-impact automation opportunities and implement solutions
• Create scalable automation frameworks that support company growth

Requirements:

• Python
• API integrations
• Experience with OpenAI / LLM tools
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Workflow automation design
