About this role

Support the projects team by developing the team's technical and behavioral competencies;
Develop and communicate standards, methods (Agile and/or traditional) and tools to be used for project management;
Monitor the execution of the project portfolio, including creating and leading key committees such as risk, change, and prioritization;
Prepare materials and lead executive and management portfolio status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans;
Control planning, schedules, costs, resources and the quality of deliverables;
Manage team allocation based on current and upcoming projects;
Ensure the effectiveness of the project portfolio quality control process.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Experience managing projects in the technology sector;
Strong command of project management tools and KPIs for project tracking;
Solid knowledge of project management best practices and familiarity with Agile methodology;
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills;
Advanced English;
Intermediate Spanish (a plus).
