Identify opportunities to reduce tax burden and mitigate fiscal risks by conducting feasibility studies for strategic projects, such as corporate reorganizations and implementation of new operational structures; provide insights on tax impacts and develop scenarios that maximize profitability and savings opportunities.
Review contracts and monitor current legislation, anticipating potential impacts on the business and providing insights on regulatory changes.
Prepare detailed reports with analysis results to support related areas in strategic decision-making.
Establish strategic partnerships with areas such as Controllership, Accounting, Legal and Financial Planning, ensuring the correct application of taxes in the company’s operations.
Plan, assess and improve the efficiency of processes and procedures for tax compliance projects to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output.
Requirements
Solid experience in direct taxes (IRPJ/CSLL/PIS/COFINS), preferably in the financial or cooperative sector.
Experience leading teams, with a focus on people development, performance management and promoting diverse, collaborative environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Postgraduate degree completed in areas such as Controllership, Finance, Accounting or People Management.
Participation in digital transformation or continuous improvement projects.
Analytical mindset and data orientation, with experience using metrics and predictive analysis for decision-making.
Ability to operate strategically, aligning the team with organizational objectives and participating in internal forums and committees.
Clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to interact with different areas, committees and hierarchical levels.
