Responsible for building and maintaining strategic KPIs, financial and budget analyses, and developing dashboards that support people management decisions and cost planning.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards with compensation metrics, headcount, people cost, turnover, and other relevant indicators;
Perform financial and budget analyses related to total payroll cost, considering salaries, benefits, taxes/charges, and provisions;
Support the preparation and control of the personnel budget, including scenario simulations, projections, and monthly monitoring;
Automate reports and processes using required tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, etc);
Create cost forecasting models and assess the financial impact of compensation policies and salary changes;
Participate in compensation surveys and perform external competitiveness and internal positioning analyses;
Work in partnership with areas such as Finance, Controllership, Planning, and Technology for data integration and strategic alignment.
Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Preferred: Solid experience with analytics applied to compensation and personnel budgeting.
Preferred: Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI (or similar tools), SQL, and analytical programming languages.
Preferred: Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE) is a plus.
Preferred: Strong analytical thinking and strategic vision.
Preferred: Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred: Clear and concise communication.
Preferred: Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
