About this role
Role Overview
Lead the Product Management team for ORBIS Medication, fostering collaboration and customer-focused decision-making
Set and communicate the vision, mission, roadmap, and strategy for the value stream in alignment with business goals
Assess and prioritize customer needs based on business priorities, project demands, and technical dependencies
Analyze market needs and regulatory requirements across different regions to ensure the product roadmap reflects real customer and market value
Work closely with R&D leadership and UX to align strategy and concepts, development plans, and delivery
Engage cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Service, Support, Country Product Management, and other Product Management teams
Define and track key product and team metrics together with R&D to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or an equivalent program — or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4–5 years of experience in the healthcare software industry in Product Management or R&D
Strong market knowledge of the hospital healthcare sector, particularly in the DACH, UK, FR, and ANZ markets
Deep expertise in clinical medication workflows and in digital systems that support these processes
Experience with ORBIS is an advantage
Ability to balance conflicting inputs and unite teams around the best possible solution
Solid business acumen in the healthcare domain
Excellent communication skills in German and English — written, verbal, and in presentations; French is a plus
Strong proficiency with modern office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
JIRA knowledge is a plus
