The Vice President of Product Management for Chronic Care is responsible for the strategy and performance of the Chronic Care portfolio, overseeing product lifecycle outcomes and driving innovation in clinical outcomes and member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Chronic Care portfolio
- Hold decision rights and prioritization authority for portfolio investments and trade-offs
- Ensure alignment across clinical, engineering, design, commercial, and operations partners
- Balance innovation (0–1 development) with optimization of mature product lines
- Own measurable portfolio-level financial performance (e.g., revenue growth, margin contribution, portfolio performance metrics)
- Partner with Finance and Commercial leaders to align product investment with business objectives
- Drive disciplined prioritization based on clinical impact, member value, and financial return
- Lead the application of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics within the Chronic Care portfolio
- Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are safe, compliant, clinically validated, and outcomes-driven
- Identify opportunities to improve personalization, engagement, and operational efficiency through technology
- Lead and develop the Chronic Care product management organization (CCMPM)
- Establish clear accountability, governance, and operating standards within the portfolio
- Coach and mentor product leaders to strengthen strategy, judgment, and execution quality
- Serve as the executive product leader for Chronic Care in strategy reviews and investment discussions
- Drive collaboration across engineering, design, research, clinical, marketing, and commercial teams
- Represent the Chronic Care portfolio in executive forums as needed
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive product leadership experience in digital health or regulated technology environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in Chronic Care and digital health, with familiarity operating in clinically integrated, regulated settings
- Proven experience owning scaled product portfolios with meaningful revenue and performance accountability
- Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled product initiatives that drive measurable clinical, user, and business outcomes
- Executive-level product strategy and commercial acumen, with experience aligning product investment to growth objectives
- Experience leading and developing senior product leaders and high-performing product organizations
