Support in salary negotiations as well as calculation and administration of variable compensation components
Support and participation in the recruiting process
Implementation of global HR policies and programs within the organization
Preparation of HR reports and analyses for management and executive leadership
Requirements
Degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a focus on HR, or commercial training and/or further education with an HR background (e.g., certified HR specialist)
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in comparable positions
Solid knowledge of labor law, HR policy topics and HR processes
Experienced in collaborating and sparring with managers
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of P&I Loga and Workday is an advantage
Strong communicator with consulting competence, a pronounced solution orientation and an independent, structured way of working
