HR Business Partner

Role Overview

• Act independently as an HR Business Partner for various departments and be the primary contact for operational and employment-law-related HR matters
• Manage and implement HR processes
• Provide holistic and proactive advice to managers and employees on personnel and employment-law issues
• Actively support departments in change management and strengthen teams
• Further develop and optimize internal processes and tools
• Support and implement (inter)national and strategic HR projects

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, HR, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international company
• Broad knowledge of modern management concepts, leadership tools, and methods
• Confident employment law knowledge as well as SAP and ideally SuccessFactors/Employee Central experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense for people and situations
• Independent working style while being a team player with strong communication skills
• Confident presence, diplomatic skills, and strong persuasiveness
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
