Holding the team accountable to rigorous metrics, performance standards, and a culture of disciplined execution
Requirements
Proven Leadership: 8+ years of sales experience with significant managerial experience leading high-growth outbound teams.
VC-Backed Pedigree: A career built within high-growth, venture-backed technology companies (ideally Series B through Series D).
Healthcare Domain Expertise: Direct experience in HealthTech or health insurance (e.g., Zocdoc, Oscar Health, ModMed, eClinicalWorks, or similar) specifically focused on signing up doctors and medical practices.
Outbound Mastery: A proven track record of managing high-volume outbound sales organizations that successfully target and close the medical vertical.
Scale Experience: You have seen what "great" looks like at a late-stage VC-backed company and know how to build the infrastructure required to get there.
