Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Partner with account teams to support customer-specific programme needs, including stakeholder engagement, content alignment to competency models and training needs, reporting, change management to support learning adoption, marketing and communications, and global rollouts,
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service engagements, operating within contractual parameters.
Lead and participate in virtual customer meetings to understand business needs.
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking actions, risks, and issues throughout delivery.
Identify delivery risks and issues, escalating appropriately to support timely resolution.
Provide regular project status updates to account teams and management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Skillsoft offerings, certification pathways, product releases, and L&D best practices to align solutions with customer needs.
Build a solid understanding of customer business and learning objectives to support effective consulting recommendations.
Engage in continuous professional development and adapt positively to change.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, learning strategy, and/or learning measurement and ROI, supported by a relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience using virtual delivery and collaboration tools to support learning and client engagement.
Advanced proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and technologies.
Experience or familiarity with the digital learning market.
Working knowledge of LMS and LCMS platforms, ideally including experience integrating learning content with LMS environments.
Understanding of adult learning principles and their practical application in learning design and delivery.
Ability to apply L&D theories and methodologies and provide recommendations and best-practice guidance to meet diverse customer needs.
Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting data to generate insights, recommendations, and reporting aligned to customer learning goals.
Excellent customer service skills, with confidence working in a client-facing role.
Solid project, time, and organisational management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
