Conduct in-depth qualification on 100+ leads daily and adhere to our established lead process as outlined in our training manual.
Leverage our CRM tool to engage with prospective patients through text, email or phone communication, aiming to arrange either an in-clinic or virtual consultation.
Be responsible for establishing and meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals as part of your role.
Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
At least 2 years of sales (preferably inside sales) or customer service experience
Ability to handle large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Experience using a CRM tool
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Full-time and weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays as required)
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
