About this role
Role Overview
Own and optimize paid acquisition across PLG channels
Accountability for self-serve new user acquisition and paid channel efficiency
Manage multi-million dollar media budgets focusing on CAC efficiency
Identify performance gaps and inefficiencies in existing campaigns
Drive continuous optimization and a rigorous testing culture
Design and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments
Lead channel expansion efforts based on emerging acquisition opportunities
Partner with Creative and Design teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Build measurement infrastructure and ensure accurate attribution of paid channels
Requirements
7+ years of performance marketing experience with expertise specifically in SEM/Paid Search
Experience with other channels such as paid social, display, programmatic, and affiliate channels
Proven track record inheriting and improving an existing paid acquisition program
Deep fluency in performance measurement and attribution models
Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling data, building dashboards
Experience marketing consumer or prosumer SaaS products with a product-led or freemium growth model
