Lead Business Analyst – Workday Experience

Role Overview

• Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical areas within a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope
• Map full business processes and implement solutions for technological and process improvements
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Run workshops for creating detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Assist and supervise team contribution and communication
• Apply standards and methodologies
• Responsible for needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling
• Identify and assess risks to the success of the project
• Agree the project approach with stakeholders
• Track activities against the project schedule

Requirements

• Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience
• Desirable Management qualification or relevant years of experience
• Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
• Excellent client-facing skills
• People management skills
• Team work and emotional intelligence
• Good self-management
• Has an innovative approach
• Experience working on Workday systems
• Knowledge in business analysis methodologies
• Proven ability in assuring project meets quality standards
• Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies
