OMLP is a 2 year management development program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations that allow participants to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.
Each of the three 8-month rotations includes responsibilities such as: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow), Technical – (Lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer), Environment, Health & Safety (site operations support, EHS support).
Requirements
Up to 2 years experience as an intern, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain
Relevant Degree or Masters: preference will be given to persons with a major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
Analytical approach and ability to solve problems in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing a growth mindset, transparency.
A strong commitment to an international career in supply chain.
Language skills – fluency in English is a requirement; Norwegian, or Dutch is an advantage, but not a necessity.
A sense of curiosity and adventure with willingness to work away from home in a different country for extended periods.
