Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
Partner with senior leaders to define goals, risks, and success criteria, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executives.
Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and influence cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.
Foster strong relationships across teams to support business objectives and promote a culture of accountability and integrity.
Requirements
2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
Excellent communication skills to develop and deliver clear program strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Agile methodology and customer relationship management to enhance program outcomes and service delivery.
