The Senior Manager, IT Program Management leads SGDO and oversees IT portfolio of projects.
Ensure service delivery quality and align IT projects with business priorities.
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and resource availability.
Act as a change agent to implement processes and projects across the IT organization.
Develop strong relationships with internal clients and collaborate with senior executives on strategies.
Lead planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Utilize project management methodologies to guide teams.
Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and project delivery quality.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT process, project and business relationship management.
Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, Trello).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in breaking down, comparing and evaluating various courses of action and making autonomous decisions on matters of significance.
