Project leadership and management of new-build and renovation projects in the hospital environment
Project planning, budget and schedule control, and quality assurance
Preparation of reports and decision-making documents
Interface management between internal departments and external architects, planning offices, authorities and contractors
Support for public and non-competitive procurements using negotiated procedures
Risk management and development of appropriate measures to secure the project
Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements
Management of project communication and regular reporting to the Head of Construction and Technical Services

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years (min. 3 years) of professional experience coordinating complex construction projects, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
Solid knowledge of AHO Heft Nr. 9, HOAI, VOB, procurement law and building regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills and very good German language skills (C1 level)
Confident user of MS Office applications
Assertiveness, sense of responsibility and a structured working style
Willingness to travel as required by construction projects
