Manage end-to-end Data and BI projects (scope, timeline, cost, risks, and quality);
Coordinate Tech Leads, data engineers, BI analysts and developers, ensuring team integration and high performance;
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders and clients;
Plan and monitor schedules, sprints and delivery milestones, ensuring predictability;
Support the definition of data architecture together with Tech Leads (Medallion / Lakehouse);
Ensure adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and management best practices;
Monitor project performance indicators (timeline, quality, effort, risks);
Manage client expectations by conducting alignments, status reports and executive meetings;
Ensure adequate documentation, governance and compliance of projects;
Identify technical and operational risks and act proactively to mitigate them.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or PMO in technology projects;
Solid experience in Data, BI, Analytics or Data Engineering projects;
Sufficient technical knowledge to communicate with Tech Leads and teams (Power BI, SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Lake);
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, GIRA, hybrid);
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously;
Organized, analytical and results-oriented profile;
Fluent English for corporate communication;
Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Product Owner) will be considered a differential;
Experience with projects on Azure, AWS or GCP;
Experience in regulated environments (financial, industrial, energy);
Previous experience in technology consulting firms;
Knowledge of delivery metrics, OKRs and IT governance.
