Join Community Health Network supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management
Assist business partners in supporting caregivers related to time keeping, scheduling, and payroll
Collaborate with teams to leverage technology assets and derive value in analytics, technical innovations, and process improvement
Have a functional understanding of scheduling workflows and configuration experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar suites
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required
A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
A minimum of 2 or more years of healthcare and/or relevant IT experience
Preferred experience in various business processes and applications
Preferred experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations and advising support and implementation teams on technical issues
Experience in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
