The Business Process Analyst drives operational clarity, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
Acting as the single point of process ownership, this role partners with multiple departments to document, standardize, and improve business processes.
Ensure stakeholders align on “one way of working.”
Oversee the revenue visibility process, monitoring and pushing for process compliance and updates.
Using tools like Power BI, the analyst measures performance, identifies gaps, and implements sustainable process improvements.
Facilitate stakeholder adoption of standardized processes; educate teams and leaders.
Develop SOPs, templates, and training materials to support consistent execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services environments such as engineering, accounting, consulting, or software organizations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting process improvement, audit, or compliance initiatives.
Experience using Power BI and working within Agile environments.
Strong understanding of project management principles and cross functional collaboration.
Certifications such as Six Sigma or Agile preferred
