Participate in the selection process by reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screen interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers
Coordinate/Manage recruitment activities – schedule interviews, follow up on open roles, draft offers though ATS, pipeline top talent
Coordinate Human Resources orientation and onboarding for new hires and ensure completion of all onboarding documentation including employee file
Maintain required TA process tracking and reporting
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining vacancy trackers regarding status/ATS, creating reports and dashboards regarding talent acquisition to ensure continued improvement within recruitment activities
Support TA event and activities as required (job fairs, intern events .etc)
Requirements
Completion of college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Previous 3-year experience working within a Human Resources department
Preferred Completion of university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Preferred previous experience working within a Human Resources department within the manufacturing industry
Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Familiar with applicable employment legislation
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and project management skills
Must be able to meet project deadlines, with good sense of urgency and follow through
Must have the ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
