Implement the IPM Accounting System at municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Internal Control;
Analyze processes and system functionalities to identify improvements and necessary adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Deliver user training on system operations and available functionalities;
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing user questions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
Knowledge of public sector legislation and regulations applicable to the area (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Internal Control;
Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
Availability for frequent travel.
