Develop new web and AI solutions and implement them across your portfolio of markets.
Develop web content based on performance data and customer insights.
Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop web strategies and roadmaps while supporting the global CRO program.
Enhance brand presence and optimize content to clearly communicate value propositions across websites.
Manage relevant web and CRO-related projects.
Provide Sitecore (CMS) support to markets and relevant stakeholders.

You have proven expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing (3–5 years).
You are passionate about new digital possibilities and AI and enjoy using them to create smarter web experiences.
You have hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is not required).
You have strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (GA4, GSC, Hotjar or similar tools).
You have strong stakeholder collaboration skills and enjoy working across markets and teams.
You have a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital solutions and content.
You are a clear communicator who can translate results and insights into concrete next steps.
