Insurance Advisor for Industry and Commercial Clients (Inside Sales)

Role Overview

• Provide comprehensive advisory services to our industrial and commercial clients
• Analyze existing insurance policies and identify optimization opportunities
• Negotiate with insurers, service providers and independent experts/assessors in the interest of our clients
• Prepare and process tender documents and participate in contract drafting and contract management
• Support claims management
• Maintain and document relevant customer and contract data in our CRM system

Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk or insurance clerk, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent insurance-related qualification
• Professional experience in internal insurance operations and in advising industrial and commercial clients
• Structured and meticulous working style, with a strong service and customer focus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
