About this role

Provide comprehensive advice to our industrial and commercial clients with a focus on motor vehicle insurance and fleet solutions
Analyze existing motor vehicle and fleet insurance policies and identify opportunities for optimization
Negotiate with insurers, service providers and experts on behalf of our clients
Prepare and process tenders and assist with contract drafting and contract management
Support claims management
Maintain and document relevant customer and contract data in our CRM system
Support the field sales team in acquisition as well as in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings

Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk, a related university degree or an equivalent insurance qualification
Professional experience in insurance internal sales and in advising industrial and commercial clients
Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance and ideally experience in fleet or large-fleet business
Structured and careful working style with a strong service and customer orientation
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
